Dr. Blaugrund is a native of Albuquerque and a graduate of Albuquerque High School. He is a graduate of Stanford University and Columbia's College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City. He did a medical internship at the Bernalillo County Medical Center and then spent two years as a commisioned officer in the United States Public Health Service (Indian Health Division). His three year Dermatology residency was completed at the University of Oregon Medical School and he returned to Albuquerque to practice in 1974. He is board certified in Dermatology and Dermatopathology. He is a Clinical Associate Professor of Dermatology at UNM Medical School. He is also a Fellow of the American Society of Mohs Surgery and the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery.



Dr. Chapman was born in Scotland and educated at the University of Edinburgh and Harvard Medical Schools. He completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at the Peter Bent Brigham Hospital, Harvard Medical School, Boston and then in Dermatology at the Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School, Boston. From 1979 to 1981 he was on the full time teaching staff at the Division of Dermatology at UNM School of Medicine and Dermatology. He is a Clinical Associate Professor of Dermatology at UNM Medical School. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Dermatolgy, a founding member of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery.
