Henry Fleshor Roger Hyer Robt McCoy John Hopkins & John Erwin & William Gragg & William McCoy-Gent Justices-

The Prisoner Being Led to the bar in Custody of the Sheriff and being Charged with Feloniously Stealing Between Eight and ten Dollars of Money from a Certain John Miller on his arraignment Pleaded not Guilty whereupon Divers witness were introduced of on behalf of the Commonwealth. The Court on hearing the Evidence and Mature Deliberations Thereof had by are of Opinion that the Prisoner is Guilty of the Charge Alledged against him and that he is Liable for the same in the District Court Therefore it is Ordered that he be remanded back to the Jail of this County and from there to the Jail of Hardy District Court-there to remain until Discharged by due Course of Law-
