Dignity/USA is an organization of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered Catholics and their friends in over 80 chapters across the United States. Dignity/USA's Mountain-Plains Chapters includes the states of Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Utah and Wyoming.

The objective of the Dignity/USA's Mountain-Plains Chapters is that stated in the Statement of Position and Purpose of Dignity/USA
