Every year since 1998 I've been keeping track of team's "core ages", which I classify as their keeper list plus their 1st or 1st & 2nd round picks. Below is this year's edition, also showing the last 5 years worth of data. The Syndicate jumped from the 3rd youngest to the youngest core this year, shedding 0.5 years. The Hubris dropped their age by over a year, and jumped up 9 spots. The Organization, Piazza's and Termites maintain their status as the 3 oldest teams for the 3rd year in a row.
