The playoff bracket is below: Round 0 Playoff (best of 3): Pig's Eye Pirates (HFA) (95-67) (#1 League Wildcard) vs. Angry Candy (93-69) (#2 League Wildcard) (1) Cincinnati Rock (108-54, Koufax Division Winner) (HFA) vs Round 0 Winner (2) Arlington Artrhopods (95-67, Mantle Division Winner) (HFA) vs Fertile Crescent Ziggurats (104-58, MK Conference Wildcard) (1) Miami Mangos (100-62, Ruth Division Winner) vs. BYE (2) Park City Climbers (92-70, Young Division Winner) (HFA) vs. California Coneheads (94-68, RY Conference Wildcard) The "95 loss club" this year is as follows: 1. Port Huron Hubris (37-125) (Last made playoffs in 2021) 2. New Orleans Rougarou (52-110) (#1 overall pick in 2022) 3. Mechan Syndicate (61-101) (Last made playoffs in 2022) 4. Seattle Moshers (66-96) (Last made playoffs in 2022) 5. Tualatin Pioneers (64-87) (#1 overall pick in 2024) Having just missed out on the playoffs, the 92-game winning Trisolaris Droplets draft 6th overall. Turning to league records, free swinging James Wood of the Ziggurats set a new high (low?) for strikeouts, whiffing 269 times (previous record was 254 from Chris Davis in 2014). The Hubris set a low water mark for team on base average with .270, worse than the .278 from the Rainiers in 2016. Their .335 slugging average is also worse than the .336 slugging mark prevoiusly set in *1993*. The Pioneers' 8 triples tie the league low record. The Slam Diego Termites had no complete games, tying the league low. The 48 errors by the Ziggurats tied the league best, set by the Moshers in 2009. I will send out playoff information shortly. Thank you all for another great season!
