	Scott Scanland is a lifelong New Mexican.  He attended elementary, junior high 
        and high school in Albuquerque -- graduating from Sandia High School in 1977.   
        He graduated from The University of Albuquerque in 1984.

        Private, full-time contractor for Lobbyist, Public relations, and
 Governmental relations services.

        As a private contractor, I specialize in lobbying the Legislative and Executive branches 
	of government.  I also lobby Municipal and County governments. My background includes 
	extensive work in grassroots organization and public relations. 

January, 1985--October, 1987   

        Law Clerk for District Judge Tibo J. Chavez.  
        Duties included research and analysis of cases for the Judge.


January, 1978--January, 1985   

        Political consultant.  
        Worked as paid staff on various campaigns in New Mexico and around the country.  Aide to former Congressman Bill Richardson. Intern to United States Senate and Albuquerque City Council.
