13.  When the base of the basket is as large as you desire it’s time to turn and go up the inner side wall. Be sure the basket is well soaked before starting the turn.  Sometimes gently pinching the spokes and bending them upwards for a moment all around will help make the turn.  Weave both weavers past three or four spoke groups and then pull firmly to tighten the weaving and help encourage it to turn up.  Continue in the same way all around.
