They will send you a request card, which you fill out and send in. Then you will get your minister's credential in the mail. The whole thing takes maybe a month or so. The ULC offers many instructional and laughably easy courses, ranging from US$20, for the Doctor of Metaphysics, to US$400, for the degree in "Common Law", which they claim allows you to challenge the bar and practice law--woo-hoo!
They also offer Press Badges, stickers for your car, and other Neat Stuff. Alas, no cool t-shirts yet, but maybe if we pressure them, they'll make some. Enjoy!
