RE: EARLY NEIGHBORHOOD NOTIFICATION MEETING

Dear Adjoining Neighbor:

In accordance with the requirements of the City of Santa Fe's Early Neigh%orhood
Notification ordinance, this is to inform you that a meeting is scheduled for Monday,
October 29, 2007, at 5:30 pm at the Santa Fe Main Public Library, 145 Washington St.
Santa Fe, NM 87501, to discuss an application by Christine Wiltshire at 612 Gomez Rd.
to construct a yard wall within the property line to a height of 8 feet and to construct a
portal and a small shed within the rear setback. The applicant, request a variance from
14-7.1 of the setback requirement of the code to allow building within 15 feet from the
rear property line.

The Early Neighborhood Notification ordinance provides for an exchange of information
between the prospective applicants for the development projects and the people whowill be
neighbors to the project.
