Along this section, there are condos to the north, and apartments to the
south. The current street is an undifferentiated 38' wide. The full width
is usually available, since the complexes have on-site parking, and there
rarely is any on-street parking here. High speeds are the result.
Proposal:
Taking advantage of Camino de los Marquez's width, the project keeps to a
winding trajectory and includes separated sidewalks and bike path. Curb
cuts are maintained to give entry to resident parking.
