On the right is a map of the September '98 proposal.
On the Easternmost side of the lot is the truck entrance. Trucks can enter
from Cerrillos, from both the E and W direction. They enter, and then back
up to the loading dock, located at the extreme NE of the building. To leave
the site, trucks will continue all the way around the building, through the
parking lot and exit back onto Cerrillos.
Besides the traffic entrance on Cerrillos, this plan shows a smaller entrance in the E side, on Gilmore Street. Note also that there is an 8ft-high wall around the back of the site, starting at the Gilmore entrance.This means that there is a blind corner for residential traffic coming from Gilmore, as they round the corner approaching the Gilmore entrance. |
