FSB_EXTERNAL Phebe was a midwife. She came from Pendleton county WV.
Parts of the family also resided in Randolph county in the early 1800's.
Henry and Phebe's farm can (could?) be seen from rt. 92 (this road runs
from rt. 50 south to the Mt. Morris community). He bought an additional
63 1/2 acers for $750 in 1830.
