8.  At this point, we start spreading out the spokes by pairs. Since the last part of the circle was under the North arm, we start by going over the first two East spokes, then under the second pair, and over the third pair.  Continue around, carefully alternating over and under by pairs of spokes.  (Under, over, under of South arm; over, under, over of West arm; under, over, under of North arm.)  Try to have the weaver flexing up and down rather than letting the spokes bend.
