9.  Stop with the weaver just going under the third pair of the North arm.  As we come back around towards the East arm it becomes apparent that if we continue alternating pairs they will just be following the same path instead of weaving.  This is solved by adding a second weaver to force the alternation.  Take a new weaver from the water and insert one end under the old weaver and between the second and third pairs of the North arm.  You only need to leave an inch or so on the back of the basket (the side away from you). The new weaver is going over the third North arm pair, so it goes next under the first East arm pair and alternates its way around.
