15.  Now we’re going to turn the spokes down to continue weaving the second, outer wall of the basket. Is it well soaked?  Keeping the three spokes in each group in a flat ribbon, take each ribbon behind the next group and then out, working in the direction you are bending the spokes.  When you get to the last spoke, tuck it through the loop made by the first one you bent. Go around the basket again tightening each loop. Find the weavers and bring them straight out from the basket to get them ready to continue weaving. They should be on opposites sides of the same spoke.
