16.  When the weavers are above the spokes, each one will be coming out of two adjacent triangular spaces formed by the bent spokes.  Still keeping the ribbons of the spokes flat, begin weaving both weavers around the basket, pulling the spoke straight down towards the base as you weave over it.  Don’t worry that it springs back to an angle as it takes about four or five rows with both weavers, tightening every time, before it begins to lock into place.
