Fan Club Information

Official International Queen Fan Club (OIQFC)

You can join the OIQFC, by sending to Jacky Smith
The Old Bakehouse
16A Barnes High Street
London SW13
UK

Jacky will send you a membership form. Membership costs about $28 U.S. or 14 Pounds Sterling. You can purchase Queen paraphernalia, such as shirts, posters, etc, through the club, and you get 4 color magazines during the year. The annual convention held in Southport, England is also open only to members.

Do not use the Pembridge Rd address found in the older CD liner notes anymore! This address is a number of years old and mail is no longer forwarded by the post office.

Royal Vision

Royal Vision was the North American fan club, which was approved by the OIQFC. Although there are still many references to it out there, the RV fan club was put on hold several years ago. I do not believe there is any chance at all of it starting up again. People who have tried to contact them about business they had going on with Royal Vision have reported that there is no response at all.

"Sheer Heart Attack"

Sheer Heart Attack is listed in the Queen at the BBC album notes, and many people think that they are another fan club. They're not. They are a (very good!) Queen cover band that is based in the Los Angeles area. They have helped Hollywood Records with the promotion of albums, which is why they are listed in the album. The only thing they send out is announcements of their shows, when possible, and their 24 hour hotline phone number. Please, if you write to them, include a *stamped*, self-addressed envelope. They aren't a fan club, and it is expensive to respond to all the requests for information that they get.
