related to a proposed rezoning request
for 802 Don Cubero Avenue, Thursday August 13 2015 ar 5:30 at the downtown library upstairs.
ENN meetings are informational meetings, where interested parties, such as neighbors, can find out about the proposed project. Usually the owners or their representatives are present, as well as someone from the Planning Department. |

This involves the corner house, which was bought in (???) and
renovated. It has been on the market for quite a while, but has not sold at
the current asking price.
From the owners: Folks- We plan to slpit out lot in the very back in order to convert our carport and garage into a casita that we can live in. In order for this to happen we must be rezoned into R21 which most of you are already in. We are NOT building anything new on the land. Passing the house you would not see anything different.
