BIOGRAPHY: Aggie Frazier took care of her invalid mother and made a home for her older brothers. She inherited 100 acres and the homestead house of her parents when her mother died. Her brothers built their homes on their 100 acre shares. Aggie Dixon became the midwife, attending to all the births of her nieces and nephews. As the children became older, it was through her insistance and efforts that a school house was built. When a teacher could not be found, she got her husband to teach. The next season, a teacher was found and hired. Most of the people in the Frazier community were Baptist. Aggie and Billy joined the Methodist Church at Honest Ridge. Believing in immersion, they were baptized in a tank on the Beaty place. As she was getting in the water, a woman was overheard, saying "Law, Aggie didn't need to join the church to go to Heaven.
