One source states there were 5 children. There is a possibility
Margaret and Elizabeth are one and the same. the name may be Margaret
Elizabeth Barlow Patterson. A later source indicates there were actually
six children. Mary Susan and Harry P. Patterson lived in Huntersville,
WV, and later moved to Monterey, VA where they ran the Monterey Hotel.
Later they moved to Dover and York, Pa. Ref. Pocahontas Co., WV

William Hartford died at age 17 years. He was interred in the Sanders
family Cemetery in Gallia Co., OH.

Bill first worked for this uncle Guy Miller in Albany, IN. Later he
worked for W. B. Flowers Bus Co betweeh Muncie, IN and Chicago, IL. Bell
then drove trucks between Louisville, Ky, and Chicago. In 1937, he
started working for the Ohio Bus Line, Co., of Cincinnati, OH., and
worked there until May 1959. The first marriage ended in divorce.
Bill and Crystal lived near Alquina. Bill was injured in 1965 while work
ing as an assembler of dish washers, and retired in 1973.
