"Josiah married the widow of Captain William Cochran." Per. information
provided by Marjorie Alice Cavalier Thompson.
Malinda had two children to her marriage to Capt. William Cochran;
William, and Catherine Jane Cochran. There were no children to the
marriage of Josiah D. Barlow and Malinda F. Moore Cochran.

Josiah sold land on Stony Creek in 1894. Josiah and Malinda lived on the
Cochran homestead on Stony Creek.

Mr. Barlow was a retired farmer and life long resident of Pocahontas Co.
(WV). He died at age 75 years. His suvivors included three grandchildren
Samuel Henry interred in the family plot in the Edray cemetery.
