Lydia Sharp Houdyshell, was shot and killey, at Indian Draft, by her
then husband Theodore Carr. Theodore, the same day and place, shot and
killed Dock Sharp. Lydia buried in Mt. Zion Cem. in the "Hill's". Dock
Sharp buried in the Sharp Cemetery on Jericho Road. Theodore shot at,
byt missed Lydia's son. Theodore was taken to the Moundsville prison
where he was hanged. Many think Theodore was justified in the shooting.
