John Barlow transferred 125 acres of land to Josiah in 1852. Josiah
lived on Red Lick Mtn. He had a tannery, was a blacksmith, and cooper.
He made and repaired shoes. He was an excellent cabinet maker and .
carpenter. He had an excellent orchard. When quite elderly, he was
riding an unbroken colt. It bolted, throwing him into a creek. Josiah
died of pneumonia within a few days.

Franklin was a twin of Floyd Dilley. Franklin was adopted 19JUN1902, by
J. Ob Mann and Florence Poage. He was a farmer, and lived most of his
life near his birth place. He died at age 85 years. At the time of his
death, he had 6 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. Frank Mann
interred in the Mountain View Cemetery at Marlinton, WV. Thelma had a
son, "Charles Galford, who preceded Frank in death.
